Dan Bloom and Katie McGonagle quiz voters in marginal constituency Cardiff North.
There was a wide range of opinion, with strong support for all three main parties. In 2005 Labour’s Julie Morgan won the seat with a majority of only 1,146, and the seat is the prime target for Conservative Jonathan Evans.
One voter called Gordon Brown a “slug”, although others voiced support for incumbent MP Julie Morgan and said they could not trust David Cameron. Liberal Democrat voters were against renewing the Trident missile system and in favour of political reform.
