The latest weather data for Cardiff shows a “quite ordinary lousy British summer” according to our Whitchurch weatherman.
Bryan Morgan measures what’s happening with the capital’s weather from his back-garden weather centre and he said it’s good news for gardens with rainfall on the up.
He said: “Rainfall is back to normal after two low months. March and April were dry, but we’re seeing a lot more in May.”
The data shows the highest temperature for the last two months was 26 degrees on 23rd April, when the temperature jumped 18.7 degrees in the space of four hours (between 10am and 2pm).
