The funeral of mother-of-three Karina Menzies will take place at 1pm on Friday, November 9, at Church of the Resurrection in Ely.
The 31-year-old died when she was hit by a van outside Ely Fire Station, on Cowbridge Road West, during a series of alleged hit-and-runs in Cardiff that injured 14 other people.
Her body will be taken by horse-drawn carriage from her home in Ely towards the church on Grand Avenue.
Reverend Jan Gould said all are welcome and the service will be broadcast on a sound system outside the church.
There will also be collection buckets to raise money for the two trust funds which are being set up following the alleged hit-and-runs.
One fund is for Karina’s children. The other is for all those injured during the mayhem, including Karina’s children.
Ms Gould said that until the charitable trusts are set up, the money was being held by the church for safe-keeping.
Cheque donations can be made, payable to the Parish of Glanely, and posted to Jan Gould, St Michael’s College, 54 Cardiff Road, Llandaff CF5 2YJ.
Please specify which of the two funds you wish to donate to.
A book of condolence has also been set up by Roy Larcombe Funeral Directors.
Everyone is invited to write a message in the book, which is available to sign between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
