Officers appeal to woman who handed in stolen Grangetown driving licence

Police investigating a burglary in Grangetown are appealing for a woman who returned a stolen driving licence to get in touch with officers again.

The driving licence was in a handbag stolen by burglars from the home of an elderly lady in Avondale Road sometime overnight between Sunday November 18 and Monday November 19.

The next day, the victim’s driving licence was posted through her door by a woman, and police would like to speak to this person to establish where the stolen driving licence was found.
