Cardiff Bus will hold its Christmas road show in the city centre this Friday, with details of all the Christmas and New Year bus services – and the first live performance of the Cardiff Bus Song.

The Cardiff Bus Song, and its accompanying video, went viral back in September when it was uploaded to YouTube by its creators I Loves The ‘Diff, and the video has now been viewed online almost 89,000 times.

On Friday December 7, Cardiff Bus will hold its Christmas road show outside the Capitol Centre between 10am and 5pm, with information on bus times over the festive period, and from 2pm to 2.30pm, there Cardiff Bus Song will be performed live.

There will also be competitions throughout the day, with prizes including free travel and I Loves the ‘Diff mugs.

Cardiff Bus marketing manager Victoria Rees-Price said: “We’re looking forward to seeing customers at our Christmas road show. It’s a great opportunity to find out more about the bus service over the festive period.

“We’ve got some great competitions and guests lined up throughout the day, and it’s set to be a day of festive fun for everyone!”

You can also find details of Christmas and New Year bus times on the Cardiff Bus website, follow them on Twitter @cardiffbus, or like them on Facebook.

Throughout December, Cardiff Bus is also asking its Twitter followers to tweet their festive-themed photos including their iff card, along with the hastag #fatheriffmas. Prizes will be awarded to the best pictures.
